Established in 1991, Miss Gay Pennsylvania has been 30+ years strong serving as a closed state preliminary directly to Miss Gay America. Its rich history, extensive city preliminaries, and sisterhood all lend itself to a state committed to excellence. With the first Miss Gay Pennsylvania America Danae Russo being crowned in 1991, thirty female impersonators have been crowned since!
